Meet Our Team

Beth Frazer, Owner/Broker, has been in real estate for eleven years in the Oriental and New Bern markets. Of those years, six have been working in general real estate brokerage and three have been spent working exclusively for River Dunes, an award winning Master Planned community. Her exposure to both segments of the real estate market has provided Beth with a unique perspective and understanding of the area, home owners associations—what questions to ask developers as well as warning signs to heed—marketing, the selling process, and in depth knowledge and understanding of Coastal Carolina region as a whole.

Beth has an extensive background in marketing. Prior to working in real estate, Beth worked in health care marketing for over fourteen years. As Marketing Director, she was responsible for initiating and implementing the continuous evaluation of marketing efforts for the hospital and its’ seven subsidiary agencies.

Beth is an army brat, born in Ft. Knox Kentucky, and as is the custom with military children, has lived in various areas. She received a B.S. degree from East Carolina University. She has four children and resides in Oriental. Their past times include sailing, power boating, skiing, the arts and travel.

Patricia Dietrich, Broker, Patricia has been a member of the coastal Carolina sailing community for almost a decade, but it’s been just a year since she and her husband Dan settled with their sailboat, the Gypsies, in Oriental. They are both keen sailors, outdoors enthusiasts, and avid adventure travelers.

They chose this area after Patricia retired from academia in south Florida, having taught several disciplines in anthropology. It is her experience in managing large, diverse archaeological field operations in over a dozen countries in Europe and the Mid-East which has given her a unique set of personal negotiating skills which she readily puts to use for her real estate clients.

Patricia is excited to share her passion for our great community with newcomers who might become new neighbors. She is enthusiastic about the broad range of pursuits available, from activities outdoors on the water or indoors in the gym, to quieter amusements such as our local theater group, multiple book clubs, or the frequent wine tastings offered at art galleries and boutique businesses around town.

Whether working for families coming into our area or for property owners wishing to find the right return on their home investment, Patricia has the capability to satisfy the most demanding clients.

Julie Steinmetzis a part of our Vacation Rental team. She came to us from the Buckeye State. She is a devoted Ohio State Football fan with the same devotion to her work. She is a hard driven, get things done kind of person. She raised her 4 sons with the same kind of energy. Julie was a stay at home mom for many years before she entered the workforce. She was in logistics for 7 years before coming to our area for more of a relaxed lifestyle.
Julie will be taking over the Housekeeping Coordination and Maintenance piece of the program. She will be your primary point of contact for coordination of housekeeping, maintenance, bookings and any other issues as it relates to your home. We see her as an asset to our team as I am sure all of you will too.
